How to Order

1)Online Ordering information and payment methods 

Cash on Delivery is available through Australia Post. Australia Post will charge the postal fee plus COD charge*. These items will be available for pick up from your closest Post Office. Payments by Cheque or any electronic funds transfer will not be accepted by courier unless previously arranged with one of our staff. A delivery charge will apply.

Further details can be provided by calling any of our sales staff during business hours. Gold Coast Computer Centre reserves the right to alter or add to any of these conditions at any time without prior notice.

2)Ezi-Pay Express Minimum requirement

  • PR of Australian and over 18 year old
  • At least one form of Australian ID (such as Drivers Licence, Proof of Age Card, Passport)
  • Working more than 30 Hrs a week or Aged Pensioner
  • Confident to pay off the financial amount within one year.
  • Details of one Saving account for Direct Debit for the Repayment. (Credit Card payment will occur 3.0% surcharge on the total amount)
  • 25% of the RRP price + Application Fee $35, when application approved. 
  • Price based on RRP Price.
  • Sign the contract in the shop.
3)Our Price Policy

PC hardware prices may vary at anytime, If an item's price increases between the time of publishing and the time we receive your order, we will contact you for advice before the order is processed. If otherwise the price is reduced after we have received your order but before despatching, the order will be processed at the new low price. We can not credit or refund the difference for any price drop after we have sent out your order. Please accept this before placing your order.

4) Delivery timetables

Orders placed by online system or by Email will receive an order confirmation Email sent by human, which can be between a few minutes to one working day. If you do not receive confirmation within that time frame, please consider that your order has not been received by us. We do not send confirmation for orders placed by fax. We keep most of the listed items in stock, orders are normally despatched the same day or the following day. For Aust Post COD orders, you may not receive a pick up notice (card) from Australia Post for various reasons, but you can always ring up your local post office to ask whether your parcel has arrived. For Brisbane courier COD service, the parcel normally will arrive the same day or the next day.

All pre-payment orders will be sent by courier or Aust Post Express Post. Orders under 5kg will be sent by overnight bag.

5) Are there any other hidden charges?

All prices listed include G.S.T, but do not include postage. For Brisbane area courier COD orders, customer will be required to pay a COD fee minimum of $5 on top of the normal purchase price and courier fee. For Australia Post COD service, customers need to pay for postage plus Australia Post COD fee*. Please note, Australia Post COD parcels can not be sent by Express Post.

6) About returning purchased goods and refund

Goods purchased can be returned for refund within seven days only, after you receive it. A 15% of re-stocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price. We only accept refund if the returned goods is found to be in original condition. We are not responsible for any freight cost for returned goods. Please select carefully before you place the order.

*COD. Goods with a value of $100 or more, will be charged insurance at $1.05 per $100 by Australian Post Office.
